No card facitilies available, no checks accepted - payments via bank transfer or cash
50% deposit is required to confirm booking. The other 50% have to be paid until or at arrival.

Tariffs on confirmed reservations, for which a deposit has been received, will be held.
0 - 7 days prior to arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit.
7 - 14 days prior to arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit.
14 - 21 days prior to arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit.
21 - 28 days prior to arrival date forfeit 25% of the deposit.
In excess of 28 days 5% admin charge.

	Low Season: Min. stay 2 nights: sharing R250 pp/n / single R350 pn, breakfast not included.
	High Season 1.12.-23.12.2012. Min. stay 2 nights: sharing R300 pp/n / single R400 pn, breakfast not included.
	Peak Season between 26.12. and 5.1. We only accept sharing (no singles) and minimum booking for 5 nights / per person per night R360, breakfast not included.


	Low Season: Min. stay 2 nights: unit price R850, up to 4 people, Breakfast not included.
	High Season 1.12.-23.12.2012. Min. stay 2 nights: unit price R900, up to 4 people, Breakfast not included.
	Peak Season between 26.12. and 5.1. Min. stay 5 nights, unit price per night R1000, up to 4 people, Breakfast not included.


	Low Season: Min. stay 2 nights: unit price R300 pn / self-catering
	High Season 1.12.-23.12.2012. Min. stay 2 nights: unit price R310 pn /self-catering
